From 24th to 25th October, 2025, the Amateur Badminton League of Anqing City and the Qualifying Tournament for the Provincial Mass Amateur Badminton League, hosted by Anqing Education and Sports Bureau & Anqing Sports Federation and organized by Anqing Badminton Association, was grandly held at Anqing Yuzhifei Badminton Stadium! The competition is divided into five groups: A, B, C, D, and E. Groups A, B, and C have five events: men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles. Meanwhile, groups D and E have three events: men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles. More than 200 badminton enthusiasts from 13 representative teams of all districts and counties in Anqing City participated in the competition.

To be concrete, for this competition, our School Union attached great significance to it, sending 8 teachers to form a team to participate. After two days of competition, all 8 members of our school's teachers' badminton team won awards: Teacher Li Bangyu won the men's singles championship in Group A, teachers Dong Fanle and Ma Huilian won the mixed doubles championship in Group B, teachers Jiang Bo and Cheng Xinyao won the men's doubles second place in Group B, teacher Lu Youting won the women's singles second place in Group B, and teachers Liu Bing and Lao Guolin won the fifth place in Group D for mixed doubles!

To conclude, our school has always attached great importance to the construction of the 'family' culture on campus. For instance, we adhere to the concept of quality education, not only providing students with high-quality education that 'cares for life and promotes excellence in growth', but also creating a vibrant campus culture and working atmosphere for the teaching staff. More remarkably, apart from the intense and busy work, our school's teachers actively participated in various sports activities, who not only have certain capabilities in various sports events such as badminton, tug-of-war, basketball, and football, but also have achieved incredible results in various competitions, demonstrating the spirit of unity, hard work, and perseverance of the teachers of Anqing Foreign Language School!
